Our story

ClarityCare Health Network was founded to bring together compassionate care and modern technology. We saw that patients and providers alike were frustrated by fragmented systems, long wait times, and outdated workflows. We built a tech-forward model from the ground up—with a patient portal, telehealth, and coordinated care across clinics—so that technology serves people, not the other way around.

We collaborate with a long-term IT partner to keep our systems secure and available. That partnership allows us to focus on what we do best: care.
